Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field.
Preferably with experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Responsible for business growth in the Freight Forwarding market (Import/Export/Sea/Air).
Identify potential business sectors and develop strategies to win new clients.
Review contracts, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Understand and stay updated with international freight and logistics trends.
Willing to travel and meet customers to develop and expand market opportunities.
