Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by company.
To develop, penetrate new market & prospective clients in form of corporate sales, merchadise, e-commerce, collaboration, franchise and develop distribution channels.
Utilize RM software to manage, track leads and opportunities.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via regular visits and calls.
To ensure good follow up on all enquiries & quotations to potential clients.
Ensure customer request & order are promptly resolved within timeline.
To ensure timely collection of amount due from customer.
Monitor, evaluate & act on customer feedback.
Provide accurate monthly sales forecast.
