Job Description


  • At least High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Added Advantage if your are from car industry
  • The core requirement for this role is a \xe2\x80\x9cgo-getter\xe2\x80\x9d attitude where excuses will not be tolerated, and responsibility is to be undertaken where the candidate will be in the driver\'s seat with limited
  • The candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach in sales.
  • Minimum 1 year in sale experience
  • Must have driving license & own transportation
  • Candidate must be willing to travel
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin
ResponsibilitiesNew-Car Dealer (NCD) Responsibilities
  • Contact new car dealers (NCD) who are interested in assisting them in used cars disposal.
  • Servicing, recruiting new & existing new car dealers to explore business opportunities.
  • Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing request by new car dealers.
  • Assist for car inspection appointments upon dealer\'s request.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
  • Work closely with various related departments and in-line with set of standards.
  • Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving the set targets.
  • Achieving sales by bringing in trade-in cars to CARSOME
Used-Car Dealer (UCD) Responsibilities
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners\' needs and goals.
