Job Description


Responsiblility

  • Report directly to Sales Manager
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
  • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
  • Meets with other departments to coordinate and ensure customers get the right products at the right time
  • Ensure department KPI met
  • Able to travel to meet customer (locally & Outstation)
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Prepare daily , weekly, monthly report
  • Any others add hoc task or project assign by management
Requirement:-
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent people management and communication skills (both oral and written English). Mandarin speaker is added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and at ease dealing with people at all levels
  • Hands-on and ability to multi-tasks and have excellent time management
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Able to work independently and meet expected deadlines
