Industry : Global logistics Services Location: Senai,Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title: Sales Executive Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 Job Requirements: - HSC/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration/Transport or any related (added advantage with minimum 2 years exp.in forwarding industry) - Ability to write and converse effectively in English and Malay/Mandarin - Must be computer literate - Pleasant personality with good analytical, inter-personal and communication skills - Able to work closely with all internal department - Strong leadership qualities with motivational skills - Able to leada team of personnel and also willing to travel extensively - Possess own transport - Highly motivated, independent able to work under pressure - No criminal record Job Responsibilities: - Assist the Assistant Managerto market/sell company products - Secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer\'s request and ensure customer\'s satisfaction - Prepare quotation\'s pertaining to Airfreight, Seafreight, Trucking, Warehousing and etc according to customer\'s requirements - Requisition and negotiation of rates from shipping lines, co-loaders and NVOCC - Sent Sales leads to overseas group offices and agents to generate additional businesses overseas - To secure routing order import and prepare shipping instruction for all nominated inbound shipments for both air & sea - To meet and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets - Prepare sales reports and write up profile of every new prospective customers visited and each month have to submit report to Branch Manager - Close follow-up and securing of debtors payments within terms - Submit Credit application to Branch Manager for each new client secured when terms is requested - Co-ordinate and provide seamless information feedbacks to/from our customer service and operation staff of any special arrangement requested by/offered to customers to ensure smooth & excellent service - Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Sales Manager in achieving the company goals and objectives
