As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our online marketplace by acquiring new merchants and providing exceptional service to our existing merchant base. Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential merchants for our online bidding marketplace through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Present and demonstrate the benefits of our online bidding marketplace to potential merchants, highlighting key features, competitive advantages, and success stories. - Effectively negotiate and close deals with new merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. - Actively engage with existing merchants to enhance their experience, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new merchants. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and achievements.
