Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our motorcycle accessories sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of motorcycle accessories to customers, including retailers and distributors. The successful candidate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers. Job Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and competitors to ensure effective sales presentations and negotiations Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by conducting sales calls and meetings, delivering product presentations, and following up with leads and prospects Prepare sales proposals and contracts that align with customers\' needs and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service, ensure timely delivery of products, and address any customer issues or concerns Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services Provide timely and accurate feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the motorcycle accessories industry or related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical product information Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as required. Education and Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply - On-Site training will be provided Candidates with a keen interest in motorcycling or racing are preferred Sales experience in the motorcycle accessories industry or related field is a bonus Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories, including knowledge of product features and benefits. Note: The job scope and responsibilities may be subject to change based on business needs. Salary: RM3500- RM7000 (Depending on experience) Commissions are calculated separately.
