Job Responsibilities

• Capture all pertinent information from the customer & enter the customer-project details into the Company ERP system.
• Calculate quotation for the agreed bill of quantities.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing quotations for materials in a timely manner.
• Make presentations to Customers \xe2\x80\x93 Consultants & Engineers on existing & new products.
• Increase sales & profitability by cross-selling other/new/special products.
• Increase sales & profitability by obtaining new customers.
• Follow up on all outstanding quotations and proposals with customers.
• Enter pertinent notes in ERP system regarding proposal follow-up.
• Track all opportunities & quotations in the ERP system & maintain backlog for Territory \xe2\x80\x93 Region.
• Negotiate quotation & secure project.
• Coordinate with HQ staff & Factory team to track & schedule projects.
• Contact customers at project completion to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and receive prompt payment.
• Visit job sites, where necessary supervise job activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Capture market information & report in writing to Management.
• Participate in the Region Sales planning, strategy & execution
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Experience Needed

• At least 5 years experience of sales in the field of construction (building materials, precast, etc.)
• Market, contractors, consultants & engineers and their strength/weaknesses
• Precast concrete materials selection criteria and applications.
• Sales cycle from concept to completion.
• Price & margin management.
• IT Microsoft excel, ppt, word
• Related local & federal specifications and standards.
