Your Qualifications
Good Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer, Business or Communication studies, or other fields
Excellent in English (verbal and written) and Mandarin (verbal).
Impressive presentation skills and ability to engage customers in workshops/events.
Open to internationals that are willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Product and sales technique training and coaching will be provided.
Self-initiative and able to work independently
Must possess their own transport
Responsibilities
The Business Development team will be crucial in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions that meet client needs. It includes project summaries, sales material, and client engagement deliverables.
Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. This involves conducting market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. You will need to effectively articulate the value proposition of the digital marketing solutions plan
Understand client objectives, challenges, and pain points to offer customized digital marketing strategies and plans. This involves actively listening to clients, conducting needs assessments, and providing expert advice.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. This requires effective sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related documentation.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings. This knowledge will help you position the digital marketing solutions effectively and provide insights to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate digital marketing solutions. This includes regular communication, conducting client meetings, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. This includes coordinating with teams to deliver on client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
