- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia OR English fluently
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
- Candidate possess excellent communication skill
- Candidate needs to possess own vehicle for travel purpose
- Prior working experience with room rental agency will be preferred
- To sell vacant room and maintain occupancy rate
- To manage check-in matters
- To handle any task assigned
- To attend daily morning meeting
- Annual leave
- Medical and hospitalisation leave
- Statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS)
- Annual bonus
- Petrol claim
- Personal insurance medical card provided (after 1 year of employment)
- High commission
- This job also trains you to be a well-experienced property manager
- Opportunity to be business partner if the candidate perform consistently for more than 3 years
