Requirements:

• Preferable with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Training will be provided.
• High motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese will be added advantage (Speak & Read)
• Able to communicate in English at basic level

Customer orientation and ability to adapt /respond to different type of characters. * Excellent selling, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and independent.

• Ability to go outstations (required).
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Service minded.
• Fast learner to pick up the systems, policies and procedures requirements.
• Able to work independently and also a team player when required.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Scopes:Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: * Present, promote services to prospective new customers to increase company\xe2\x80\x99s revenue.

• Perform cost-benefit and analysis the product/services to meet customer needs.
• Able to provide constructive feedback on tools, procedures on high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and able to work closely with internal stakeholder to provide resolution back to customer within the expected timeframe.
• Plan and manage sales activities to meet personal sales targets.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Prepare and submit sales report and forecast on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with Sales Co-ordinators on pricing and delivery schedule to meet customer enquiry.
• Demonstrate good working relationship and able to communicate effectively with customer.
• To support serve existing customers efficiently based on listing provided.
• Attend to customer upon insurance policy renewals.
