:Key Responsibilities:1. Support senior sales representatives in executing sales strategies and initiatives to driverevenue growth and achieve sales targets.2. Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through market research, prospecting, and coldcalling to expand the customer base.3. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communicationand coordination of customer inquiries, orders and deliveries.4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regardingproduct availability, pricing and specifications.5. Prepare sales proposals, quotes and contracts under guidance of senior salesrepresentatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.6. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.7. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics andidentify areas for improvement.8. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence,scheduling appointments, and organizing sales materials.Qualifications:1. Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Fresh graduates who are interested in the food industry or related field are encouraged toapply.3. Working experience in sales and marketing, within the food industry or related field will bean added advantage.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engageeffectively with customers and colleagues.5. Results-driven with a focus in supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets anddelivering exceptional customer service.6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
