Job Description


  • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.

Responsibilities
  • Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services
  • Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp, phone
  • Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist
  • Develop relationships with customers
  • Creative sales activities to develop new customers database
  • Recording customer feedback
  • Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
  • To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.
  • To develop new potential customer / dealer.
  • To ensure monthly sales target are achieved.
  • Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.
