We\'re seeking an experienced, friendly and energetic team player with a passion for sales and great customer service. Knowledge of home or hardware-related products is a plus. • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;
• Experience in retail is an added advantage; ideally in hardware, DIY or home improvement sector;
• Good in time management;
• Sales-oriented and good communication skill;
• Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail POS register systems (training will be provided);
• Able to work independantly as well as a good team player;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store\'s products and services.
• Receive stock, check, and distribute items to be displayed on the shelving.
• Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and arrange products on shelves.
• Assist customers and help them to find the right products.
• Assist customers to check out their orders when required.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Other adhoc support within store operation.
• Report to sales manager.
