Sales Executive (Based in Johor Bahru / Klang Valley)Kian Heng Group Sdn Bhd - Goodyear Lubricants & Badaking Automotive Battery :

• Promote, discover and understand customer needs, follow up and close deal to achieve sales target.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to coordinate and schedule customer appointments.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process.
• Actively maintain customer relationships to facilitate repeat purchase and referrals, as well as new customer development.

• Strong sales-oriented mindset.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-Speaking clients.
• At least 1 year sales experience.
• Fresh graduates interested in sales job are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)
• SPM or higher education level, applicants with background in psychology, counseling, public relations or media studies is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skill, able to work under stress.
• Fast learner, able to adapt quickly, always strive for self-improvement.
