Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in finance, banking, marketing, advertising, or related sectors.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or tracking tools.
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and share best practices.
Must have own transport for face-to-face client engagements and property viewings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Engage prospective buyers through phone and online interactions, conducting telesales and consultations.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments, property viewings, and sales meetings.
Follow up on qualified, ready-to-buy leads, ensuring no cold calling is required.
Follow up with clients on outstanding documents for loan applications or purchase submissions.
Update and maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and internal tracking systems.
Liaise with bankers, lawyers, and related parties to ensure smooth sales progress.
Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the overall sales strategy and growth of the business.
