Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. Over the years, MFM has grown to become one of the leading flour millers in Malaysia. Outside of Malaysia, MFM also has presence in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia. In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia).

MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia.

As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.



Drive and implement trade strategies to customers within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed trading budget set forth by the management to ensure profitable / favourable returns. Constantly monitor timely collection to drive reduction of trade risk and improve customer relationship. Render support to the Deputy General Manager to drive business strategies and contract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales activities for the portfolio assigned to achieve the sales target set.
• Actively developing new customers to drive increase sales volume.
• Execute and implement the pricing and achieve the quantity allocation set by the superior for sales planning.
• Acquire and report the market information on timely basis to superior to facilitate decision making / planning for the business.
• Plan regular visit to customers and maintain good workable relationship with them, to maintain good Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with clients.
• Attend to and handle customer claims on quality and services by customers. Perform preliminary assessment of the claims and recommend feasible solutions.
• Manage timely payment collection from customers and constantly monitor Debtor listing Report to ensure sales collections are obtained.
• Develop and build working relationship with plant and warehouse provider in North Port to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to customers.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

• Passion to learn and commitment to grain trading / livestock industry
• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other business related disciplined
• Independently mobile and able to travel to customer location within the area assigned (Peninsular Malaysia)
