PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
Regular competitive analysis feedback in their territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
Ensure retail customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.
Analise and submit responses all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.
Develops and implements strategic sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.
Responsible or ensure payment collection from any financial institute or customers is completed.
Penetrate new accounts under their sales territory to increase market share and presence.
To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions and counter measures.
