Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for business development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Regularly engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Generate new business:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to win new accounts and close deals.
  • Achieve sales targets:
  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams:
  • Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to assist in product development and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in chemical products.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the company\'s product portfolio and competitive offerings.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the chemical industry.
  • Able to travel extensively (Ipoh to Shah Alam and vice versa)
  • Fresh graduates with degree in Chemistry are welcomed to apply!
