Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers and delegation. The day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to lead generation, prospecting, sales pitching, negotiation, contract management, and reporting. Qualifications Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a conference/events management industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive selling ability with customer-centric mindset Strong negotiation and influencing skills Able to work independently as well as a team player Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail Fluency in English and local language is essential, with additional language skills desirable. Proficiency in using customer relationship management and sales automation tools Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or related fields Familiarity with Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical and/or Agricultural Biotechnology sectors is desirable
