Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at our tiles and mosaic shop based in Wangsa Melawati, Setapak, KL. Training will be conducted in Kajang at HQ for one month or more. This is an indoor sales role, where you will primarily be serving walk-in customers.Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Minimum SPM qualification and basic English proficiency.
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Based in Wangsa Melawati, Setapak, KL.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers with their purchases and provide product advice and guidance.
• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting alternatives to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
• Create eye-catching displays and keep the shop tidy and presentable.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing customer orders.
• Follow the SOP and maintain a clean and orderly shop.
• Assist the content creator for the branch with ad hoc tasks related to content material.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
