Job Description


Job Purpose: Drive sales acquisition, improve irix market visibility and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve the overall Company sales order, revenue, and cash target. Qualification & Requirement: - Minimum STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing / Social Sciences or any related field. - Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure sales \xe2\x80\x93 internet, broadband, leased line, data centre, cloud etc. - Previous experience of selling to Enterprise and Government sector in Sarawak would be an added advantage. - Strong structured selling background with knowledge of Sales Customer Relationship Management tools. - Proven success in achieving sales target across multiple years and roles. - Customer oriented, passionate about sales, result driven and a team player. - Self-motivated, goal-driven, confident, and resilient. - Good planning, organization, and facilitation skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage. - Mobile and able to travel when requested to. Main Responsibilities: - Meeting with clients virtually and face-to-face during sales meetings on a weekly basis. - Demonstrating and presenting products and solutions and clearly articulating the company value proposition, features, benefits and unique selling points. - Driving new customer acquisition and cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients. - Maintaining accurate records, including Sales Pipeline, and reviewing/updating on a regular basis. - Attend external events including but not limited to, Trade Shows, Industry Conferences, Seminars/Webinars and Customer Meetings to build greater market awareness, assessment of key market trends and competitor activity. - Working closely with the Contract Management Team in the negotiation of Customer contracts and legal agreements. - Delivery and Execution against defined Quantitative Objectives (e.g., Revenues, Cash, Sales Orders) and Qualitative Objectives (e.g., Customer Satisfaction, Brand Awareness, Behavioural) General Responsibilities: - Drive and champion the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Governance, Corporate Vision and Mission, and Corporate Objectives. - Encourage and promote a healthy working culture with a sense of high integrity and good work ethic. - Provide relevant support to the team from time to time as instructed by the Superior and/or Management.
