Responsible for customer care services, handling incoming inquiries from telephone, email, perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing social media, and mobile phone and handling incoming guests/ visitors. 2. Regularly update a database client details and their travel information. 3. Manage bookings in the case of date changing, cancellation and refund. 4. Maintains accurate records of booking tracking & payment, deal with agents & supplier on ground arrangement. 5. Assist on preparing, sending and follow up on quotation given. 6. Handling group inquiry / Manage large \xe2\x80\x93 Scale event 7. Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements. 8. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers. 9. Assist in planning itinerary and translation of itineraries if required 10. Handling of travel Insurance purchases, visa application & related matters. 11. Prepare the Pre even/during/Post even report and Ad-hoc task as & when required. Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a 1. Fresh Diploma/Degree holders or candidates with 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply. 2. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 3.
