About the Sales Executive (Machine Vision) Role: Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director and Sales Manager, the Sales Executive is responsible for enhancing the sales activities in Southeast Asia by searching for new customers, developing customer relation, growing the customer base and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales target by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction
Detail work includes preparing and delivering sales proposals/presentations and following up with suppliers and stake holders
Prospecting for new customers
Cold calling to generate customer meetings as needed
Maintain relationship with customers, understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way
As a distributor, work with integrator to support the customer
Execute and follow through the sales plan set by the manager with the aim to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
Apply your creativity and resourcefulness to introduce technology that add value to the customers. Continuously improve your own knowledge on supplier\xe2\x80\x99s products
Review sales activities with the superior on a weekly basis, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals and status on deadlines
Work with the Business Development Director and Sales Manager to produce marketing report regularly to communicate with supplier on sales activities and status of project
To succeed in this Sales Executive (Machine Vision) role, you must be highly motivated with hunter instincts to develop each potential prospect into business opportunity. Key Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Computer, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering fields, or Computer Science
Prior experience/industry Prior experience in a similar industry with similar sales cycle with proven track record of success
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
Computer language: Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and make presentations effectively, be it in writing or verbally
