Job Description
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of public listed company in the manufacturing of polymer. The candidate will be responsible to achieve annual sales target as per profit plan.
Job Responsibilties:
- To develop new accounts and service new & existing distributors/key accounts and end-users.
- To collect payment on time.
- involved in new product development.
- Provide good customer service & attend to customer complaint.
- Provide instant market and competitor information to management.
- Write/submit monthly sales report on time.
- Responsible for clearing slow moving stock if necessary
- At least Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Mass Communication/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Sales.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Aggressive and possess drive to constantly look for new opportunities to improve the current market share.
- Customer focused and resulted oriented.
- Strong integrity, self-discipline and is sociable.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and globally.
