Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum 1-2 years similar experience in the Ocean / Air freight industries
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Good analytical skills & negotiation skills.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision
Responsibilities
Establish and develop potential new business opportunities through customer visit, fostering customer relationship, and offering new business trade lane.
Prepare and present company proposal, submit quotation, and negotiating rate with pricing.
Build and maintain existing customer relationships and new client and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction in our services.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new services.
Collaborate with department manager to ensure alignment with company strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development.
Responsible for all incoming queries and provide solution in the service delivery or related issues.
Operative use of company implemented sales tools and processes, report in RM (Sales call log, Customer Profile)
Call and collect, analyze client\'s information for data preparation and sales reports and sales review.
Developing pool of customer by meeting potential clients to determine their needs.
