Manage a portfolio of existing customers.Build Trust: Conduct regular visits to existing customers to maintain close rapport and develop the account for new business by cross selling and upselling. Build strong relationships with customers to gain customer loyalty and retention.One Team: Work together with other Pos Malaysia team & Customers to achieve great results.Drive Innovation: Propose best solutions to customers based on their business requirements and operational capability. Develop and maintain sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue generation from existing and new major customers. Produce monthly reports/data/analysis and attend to any ad hoc duties as required.Move Fast : Able to learn, simplify, adapt and act quick.Delight Customers : Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delighting our existing customers and winning many more.Required Credentials: Someone who can smile, persistent, driven and passionate. Someone who is SUPER hungry to win. Bachelor's Degree in marketing/ Business, Management or equivalent.This is hugely an exciting time to join Pos Malaysia.
