Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify prospect 2. Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements 3. Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the destination 4. Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs 5. Oversee the booking and reservation to ensure availability and proper arrangement 6. Monitor the customer service quality to ensure customers are tended to appropriately 7. Resolve and quell misunderstandings within premises 8. Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals 9. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests 10. Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities 11. Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding guest satisfaction for the hotel group 12. Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information Requirements 1. Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry 2. Proven track record of sales success 3. Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively 4. Good organization and time management skills 5. Well versed in interacting with potential clients and regular customers to identify their needs 6. Skill in organizing events and coordinating hospitality operations
