Job Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving his/her sales target in the assigned territory by identifying prospective customers, servicing the new/existing customers, and maintaining a professional relationship them. Key Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify prospective customers in the market, evaluate their business potential and facilitate vendor registration, where required \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversion \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecast sales and plan sales targets accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Pursue business opportunities from existing customers and new projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Build a strong professional relationship with key customers to ensure top of mind recall. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively respond to customer complaints/rejections by coordinating with various stakeholders within GGPL and communicate with the customer accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Represent GGPL in conferences/exhibitions to promote our products and improve our visibility and brand image \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide periodic reports to management through CRM application \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast of changing industry trends, rules, and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare Monthly travel plan to ensure adequate customer meetings in line with sales value targeted from them to increase the Order Intake and build stronger customer relationship. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out competitive analysis in the assigned territory to position our products and close more deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 To involve in Business planning and Annual Sales budget preparation with market analysis and submit sales projection with monthly phasing for the territory assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain a strong sales funnel to achieve the sales target and present to management on weekly basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Set KRA\xe2\x80\x99s for all Direct reports and review them at the end of the performance year. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assumes responsibility for the development of the team members through , PMS process, identification and implementation of training needs, career progression & succession plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for documentation & compliance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System (IMS) for the department. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Essential - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Desired - Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have adequate experience in working with computers and using MS Excel with all its essential business friendly features. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge in Piping Components/ Valves / Gasket Preferred experience profile: \xe2\x80\xa2 8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales from relevant industries (Gaskets / Pumps / Valves / Mechanical Seals / Heat Exchangers/ Refineries). \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have good connects in top tier EPCs, EPMCs, OEMs, O&G (Upstream and Downstream), Petrochemicals, Metals, Mines, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and other process industries.
