Job Description

Snapshot of the role:

Carry out roles and responsibilities to all sales activities mainly to promote company\'s products by sourcing new business opportunities and other daily tasks to ensure accomplishment of set sales targets and smooth operations.

You are driven to:

• Source and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and future buying trends to promote business development besides to maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships.
• Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts.
• To provide marketing feedbacks to assist the marketing department in establishing and implementing marketing strategies as well as to perform promotional activities to ensure positive sales growth for the company.
• To handle customers\' pre and post sales service in order to resolve all issues related to sales and customer demands and maintain good supplier-customer relationship.
• Assist in other sales related functions like collect, chop and sign delivery orders and issue temporary receipts to ensure proper documentation to facilitate costing and billing purposes.
• To coordinate with logistic and transport departments to ensure adequate supplies and prompt delivery.
• Monitor and report back on competitor activities, product demand, pricing and to identify business threats and opportunities to mitigate loos of market share and business risk.
• Other duties will be assigned by the management as and when deemed necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport.
