Proactively Seek Potential Clients and Establish Strong Customer Relationships
Assist clients in finding real estate properties that meet their needs.
Understand client requirements and provide professional real estate consultation and advice.
Identify and arrange property viewings for buyers/renters and facilitate sales transactions.
Coordinate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers.
Negotiate prices, draft contracts, and engage in transaction negotiations.
Prepare and approve purchase agreements, lease contracts, and related documents.
Ensure smooth progress of transactions, assisting clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.
Demonstrate self-discipline and maintain efficient work and study habits.
Attend the company\'s weekly meetings.
Actively participate in team projects.

Responsibilities

Must be 18 yearsold or above and a Malaysian citizen.
Own transportation is required.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a customer network.
Capable of achieving sales targets.
