Job Description


  • Proactively Seek Potential Clients and Establish Strong Customer Relationships
  • Assist clients in finding real estate properties that meet their needs.
  • Understand client requirements and provide professional real estate consultation and advice.
  • Identify and arrange property viewings for buyers/renters and facilitate sales transactions.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate prices, draft contracts, and engage in transaction negotiations.
  • Prepare and approve purchase agreements, lease contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure smooth progress of transactions, assisting clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline and maintain efficient work and study habits.
  • Attend the company\'s weekly meetings.
  • Actively participate in team projects.
Responsibilities

  • Must be 18 yearsold or above and a Malaysian citizen.
  • Own transportation is required.

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a customer network.
  • Capable of achieving sales targets.
  • Maintains an optimistic and proactive attitude, willing to proactively solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and embrace new challenges.
  • Self-disciplined and possesses efficient work and study habits.
