Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive with a strong desire for personal and career growth.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of driving deals in complex business environments.
• Willingness to travel to areas such as Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, especially industry partners in the precious metals sector.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of potential clients' needs to offer tailored recycling solutions.
• Actively meet and exceed sales targets, continually driving sales performance growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recycling transactions and service delivery.
• Explore and develop additional offline opportunities for precious metals recycling.
• Note: The company provides a vehicle, and work-related fuel, toll, and parking expenses are reimbursable.
