Responsibilities:
  • To source and attend to customers\' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre & post-sales matters.
  • To coordinate the smooth completion of sales process and collection of payments.
  • To assist customers in obtaining financial assistance.
  • To develop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers, and customers.
  • To assist in managing and upkeep of Sales Gallery and Site Show Units.
  • Any other relevant task commensurate with the level of the role and as requested by your line of Managers or Directors.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Sales experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; desire to deliver results.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
