Manage company products such as organic baby formulas in assigned retail distribution accounts such as pharmacies, moms and babies stores and organic outlets
Build and protect the company products brand
Engage with various channels ie mother and baby products retailers (both online & offline), pharmacies and any other targeted segment for proposal and sales process.
Performs sales and customer services at retail distribution such as penetration of brand and products, allocate and maintaining sufficient inventory of supplies to customer outlets
To develop and assist in marketing programs and oversee the successful implementation of the sales & marketing strategy.
Handles and processes distributors purchases and returns relating to products and services
Support and build positive relationship with customers and business partners.
Participate in events / expo / roadshows
Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
Preferably diploma in any discipline. Relevant experience and good personality supercedes qualification requirements.
3 years of distribution sales experience especially in mother and baby products or relevant targeted clientele would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
Self motivated and able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
Great work ethics, can-do personality, competitive and driven.
Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willingness to travel outstation occasionally
Salary commensurate with experience and track record
