POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in marketing, business or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Aged between 22-28 years. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience at least 2-3 years, as a sales and marketing executive particularly in property development industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 High-level communication and networking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivation, result oriented, confident and positive personality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a valid driving license and own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well under pressure Job Responsibilities (a) To achieve the sales target set by the company. (b) To attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application. (c) To build strong rapport and relationship with the clients and ensure all service commitments extended to clients are met. (d) To prepare weekly sales report on projects in-charge and report to the Sales Manager. (e) Maintain loyalty of existing purchasers through regular communication and call the potential customers to achieve new sales. (f) Timely monitoring of sales conversion and execution of sales documents. (g) Provide administration support to the sales and marketing department. (h) Any other activities relevant to the above or as may be instructed by the management from time to time. Salary RM2,000-RM2,500 per month
