Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a pleasant smile;
- Assist customers in locating merchandise around the store;
- Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Providing accurate information (eg. product features, pricing etc);
- Provide all customer feedbacks to the Store Manager;
- Ensures clear and valid communication of ongoing promotions;
- Ensures promotion materials in store are up to date and in spotless conditions;
- Presents merchandise upon request by customer;
- Stocks shelves and furniture with merchandising as per merchandising rules;
- Collects merchandise from warehouse upon request;
- Creates customer profile forms with impeccable field filling;
- Executes all steps of successful customer profile creation;
- Ensures customer card is issued as per system requirements;
- Processes cash and card payments;
- Answers and conducts telephone conversations as per company\xe2\x80\x99s procedures;
- Ensures complete and infallible follow through of all customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests;
- Attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries;
- Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the Store Manager;
- Fully participate in all sales activities including promotions, sales events etc;
- Handling customer service, store auditing and pricing activities;
- Executes tasks as assigned during stock control activities as per company\xe2\x80\x99s rules;
- Receives, unpacks, scans and stores stock as per company\xe2\x80\x99s rules;
- Transfers stock and materials as per company\xe2\x80\x99s rules;
- Ensures cleanliness of the store;
- Ensures complaints, refunds and exchanges are solved and follow up with the store manager;
- Immediately reports discrepancies and problems to store manager;
- Participates in the ongoing daily operational activities of the store as requested by the store manager;
- Ensures all fire exits and escape routes are kept free from obstruction.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field;
- At least 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years working experience in retail;
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good spoken English and communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, passionate about sales, and meeting people.
- Crucial attributes: Empathy for customers, ability to provide top-tier customer service experience.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a must (for Pavillion Kuala Lumpur only)
