Roles : \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales of experience of electronics devices especially for Plastic film \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop new business and maintain existing potential customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to team work and work aggressively \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel Job descriptions : \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop new customer by getting their specs & sample. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare sample, quotation & get new customer information for FA registration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Send email, call new customer, and arrange meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 To get forecast order from customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have good communication with internal and external or new and existing customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up email from new customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create Sales Order in SAP once received acknowledge Purchase Order from customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Release Sales Order information to PC team for next process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on Inspection Result Table/ Outgoing Report from QA team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create Check List and schedule check list to monitor each department status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check with Warehouse team when final product packing able complete. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with Logistic team on invoice, packing list and AWB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit Shipment performance management table report to Production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend daily morning meeting (each department) if Salesperson absent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare customer sales report after each visit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and monitoring overall sales condition (New Contract Agreement, Quotation, NDA, PO, SAP doc., Shipment Info.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Backup and support Sales Coordinator Job. \xe2\x80\xa2 QMS ISO Committee member \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend Weekly Sales Meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
