Job Description


Role and responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current customers. 2. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints. 3. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner. 4. Evaluate existing customer needs. 5. Consistently meeting sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. 6. To manage the territory\'s key accounts sales performance. 7. To work independently in your given territory and establish a network of distribution channels. 8. Consistently promote the company\'s products and brands in the given territories 9. Field visit to Automotive and Medical Manufacturing Customers in Silicone Rubber Industries. 10. Prepare sales visit plans and conduct sales presentations and demos to prospective customers to secure their orders and contracts. 11. Support existing customers and analyse sales records to develop strategies to grow the market & business. 12. Execute company strategies (e.g., loyalty program) and promotion plan to gain market share and retain current users. 13. Work closely with the Sales Manager / Supervisor to enhance the growth of the assigned sales territory. 14. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent 2. Experienced applicants without relevant experience however willing to pursue sales career with the right attitude, mindset, and client relationship skills - dealing directly with customers in the Silicone Rubber industry are welcomed. 3. Experienced candidates should have 3 years of field sales experience in Medical, Automotive, or related Silicone Rubber industries. 4. Fast learner with good selling ability to convert customers. 5. Good interpersonal and effective communication skills in English and other major languages. 6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred as the role required candidates to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 8. Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills. 9. MUST possess own transport 10. Self-motivated and result-oriented. 11. Excellent knowledge of Ms Office. 12. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
