Overall, Zeneration has helped thousands of Malaysians find the best insurance policy for themselves and their family hence achieving awards from the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Prudential Million Dollar Agency Awards. : We are seeking a responsible wealth planner to help individuals and businesses in Malaysia find the right insurance policies. The wealth planner will be responsible for generating leads, assessing client needs, presenting, and explaining insurance options, developing customized plans, and closing sales. There is a basic salary structure however, this is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities: - Generate leads and identify potential clients for life, health, property, casualty, and other insurance products - Conduct needs-based assessments to determine appropriate insurance options for clients - Present, explain and discuss insurance policy details, benefits, exclusions, terms and premium costs with clients - Develop customized insurance plans based on clients\' needs, budget and risk profiles - Maintain productive relationships with existing clients to retain business - Ensure all regulatory compliance standards are maintained - Expand client base through networking, referrals and sales techniques Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree preferred - Willing to learn about insurance concepts and variety of insurance products - Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills - Ability to make persuasive pitches and close sales - Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities - Highly motivated, and goal-oriented
