Job Description

- Responsible for penetrating into F&B market (B2B - restaurants and groceries)
- Responsible for day to day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission and etc
- Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution
- Attend to customers for all sales related matter such as quotation, sales processing, invoice, payment collections and etc
- Attend to customers and ascertains each customers\' needs
- Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management
- Prefer candidate with experiences in Malay market (B2B) - any industry, but F&B will be a big plus
- Working Days : Monday ~ Friday , 8am to 5pm
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
- Training will be provided
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
- Full and comprehensive training will be provided
- Aggressive, good interpersonal, well-organised with good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
- Possess driving license and own transport
