What success looks like in this role:

About the role:
You are conversant with Business Optimization and Transformation achieved through a combination of process and technology.
The role is expected to identify and close complex sales opportunities. The role will prepare sales and relationship strategies financial committee materials, executive level prospect presentations and business transformation deals that result in new and improved ways for clients to do business.
You will also be supported by similarly talented groups of Unisys colleagues to help you be successful in your role. You will experience the support and commitment of our offering delivery, marketing, consulting, technical architecture and sales enablement groups whom you will work closely with as you execute your sales strategies.

About You:
Understanding that client business challenges are almost always unique.
You have demonstrable experience where you go the extra mile to uncover the detail that sits behind the challenge and will collaborate with internal teams to develop a solution that solves the challenge. You currently work across the Malaysia Financial Services sector and understand how to identify, pursue, and shape an opportunity.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or requisite experience and a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience with a sale and/or IT industry experience gained across the Banking and financial industry sectors in Malaysia
  • History of exceeding quotas and demonstrating sales development with complex sales supporting mission critical applications. Understand business drivers within the industry and emerging marketplace trends.
  • Worked across a matrix organization to achieve objectives; this includes other divisions, alliance partners, and staff roles.
  • Strong industry expertise, technical sales skills and a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, competition, industry segment and suppliers in order to leverage the Unisys value proposition.
