• Posses Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration or related field
• Passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Good knowledge in IT product and technology, or experience in related field will be an advantage.
• Good presentation skill and leading conversation to a successful deal.
• Open minded and good social networking skill.
• Willing to learn and try new things.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan, strategize, and execute plans to meet both monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Secure new accounts, service existing customers, and maintain strong business relationships.
• Engage with customers on various platforms (customer care line, Facebook, WhatsApp, ticketing system), take note of their concerns and provide solutions.
• Educate customers about company products and how businesses can gain benefit.
• Channel customers\' concerns to the team, and suggest ways to improve customers\' overall experience of the brand and product.
• Manage company events & training workshops to increase customers\' awareness and knowledge of the company\'s brand and product.
