Posses Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration or related field
Passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
Good knowledge in IT product and technology, or experience in related field will be an advantage.
Good presentation skill and leading conversation to a successful deal.

Willing to learn and try new things.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Plan, strategize, and execute plans to meet both monthly and yearly sales targets.
Secure new accounts, service existing customers, and maintain strong business relationships.
Engage with customers on various platforms (customer care line, Facebook, WhatsApp, ticketing system), take note of their concerns and provide solutions.
Educate customers about company products and how businesses can gain benefit.
Channel customers\' concerns to the team, and suggest ways to improve customers\' overall experience of the brand and product.
Manage company events & training workshops to increase customers\' awareness and knowledge of the company\'s brand and product.
