Qualifications: Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in related fields
Two years experience in sales related role and accounts management.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Proficient in sales skills and group presentation skills.
Strong commercial sense.
Qualified and registered optometrist or opticians in the optical industry will be an added advance.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct sales visits to optical practice
Achieves sales target and forecast in assigned accounts
Effective territory planning, preparation and account management, via the implementation of marketing, training and new product launches
Develops and executes annual account business plan that addresses customer & company objective
Execution of programs for major accounts with tracking metrics with the objective of growing the lenses category
Develops and builds strong customer relationships and partnerships across all stakeholders
Manages budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimise spends and to achieve positive business results
Provides training and technical support to ensure good customer experience. Optimise resources to grow accounts in terms of activations and adoptions
Provides communication and coordination of all plans with internal team, partners and customers to ensure timely execution and monitoring of all programs within company policy
Generate reports with measurable KPIs to track and analyse accounts, brand, and campaigns performance.
