Job Description

We are looking who will be responsible to serve customers via live chat / Offline Bazaar / Exhibition and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires interaction with customers by different language, most often with product enquiry, delivery enquiry & after sales. We are seeking multilingual and good communication skills candidate.

AngelinChoice is an importer, online distributor and wholesaler of children education toys in Malaysia and has been sourcing quality products to serve the children. AngelinChoice have carefully curated a collection of toys from our childhood and family to share with you and your family.

Who are we looking for:

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Candidates with one (1) year Kindergarten Teacher experience is an added advantage.
• Possess good manner when replying to chat
• Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word / Facebook / Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok)
• Familiarity with RM software and sales tools
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin

• Company provides a customer list follow up existing customer.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly, attend industry events, and prepare sales reports for senior management.

• Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
• Saturday (9am - 1pm)

• Basic Salary RM2,000 - RM5,000
