Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities Achieve company sales target for the department and individual daily/weekly/monthly and yearly targets. Primary Duties a) To meet and achieve individual and team sales target as set by company. b) Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and sales planning. c) Attend to walk in and incoming calls from potential or existing purchasers / buyers and appointed real estate agency. d) Continuously source for and secure new databases of customers and prospects for all types of products / projects. e) Compile and update reports and filing related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis. f) Assist to manage sales initiatives, activities and provide post-mortem reports and assessments. g) Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and other sales related events. h) Participate in all marketing, A&P events and activities including CSR activities / events. i) Consistently conduct market surveys and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 analysis. j) Provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies. k) Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of sales gallery & show units and models to create a lasting impression on customers. l) Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
