Strong understanding of MRO products and services and proven experience in MRO distribution or related sales roles, will be added advantage.
Able to read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Work in minimum supervision.
Aggressive, positive and initiative mindset.
Work as a team player, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and good communication skill.
Good knowledge in computing.
Able to build good business relationship with customers.
Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

Develop new business, with company products range.
Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, ensuring their MRO needs are met.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.
Maintaining sales targets and team KPI.
Responsible to every sales cycle.
