Job Description

Exciting opportunity for fresh graduate with a technical background or working professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in engineering manufacturing industry to join a global integrated solutions company focusing on integrated design, prototyping, new product introduction, manufacturing and supply chain solutions to customers in the Analytical, Automotive, Medical, Aerospace, Industrial and Semiconductor segments.

Role:

• Understand and breakdown global customers\' expectations/requirements in quality and compliances to customer or international standards.
• Work with the operations/production teams to ensure products at manufacturing will meet or exceed the customers\' requirements.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Manager including customer-facing in selling and marketing of company, systems & services to end-user customers in assigned geographic location, territory, industry or accounts.
• Execute or perform tactical implementation that aligns to company strategies.
• Adhere and practice, follow and maintain the company\'s internal system, according to the ISO and TS Standards.
• Identify potential opportunities and get sales.
• Work closely with operations/production teams to ensure smooth delivery of customers\' expectations
• Lead and arbitrate projects that require coordination with other functions and organizations.
• Anticipate and identify customer needs through investigation of underlying causes; identify short term or long term solutions; and create and lead business development plans

Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a

• Bachelor degree with up to 2 years of experience in design and manufacturing of plastic mould or injection moulding of engineering plastic components and module assembly services
• Fresh graduates with technical background will be considered
• Strong communication and coordination skills and sense of responsibility, strong initiative, able to withstand certain work pressure;
• Ability to communicate in Chinese to ease communication with suppliers in China
• Ability and interested to interact with global customers who could be based in different time zones when required
