Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• Play a role as Business Advisory for Promotion Tracking and Control System (PTCS) System and OTC system.
• Perform analysis and reporting in Trade Spend Management to support trade spend efficiency and planning
• Ensure trade spend related processes are within control and compliance with policies and procedures and CFIs
• Review of customer trading terms on an annual basis to ensure accruals are aligned to trading terms
• Liaise and provide relevant information and data requested by Internal Control and external auditors
• Work closely with DTS and Finance team on SAP improvement projects and completion of UAT tests

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales support, sales planning and performance monitoring (preferably in FMCG)
• Minimum tertiary education (minimum qualification: Diploma)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Collaborative skills to work with multiple internal teams
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
