- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to meet customer on weekend (if needed)
- Have own possess transport and laptop
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Marketing more customer
- Present new development project to customer
- Close deal and assist on loan application
- Arrange signing with solicitor
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- High Commission up to RM30,000.00
