JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager, This role is responsible for the territory development, customer relationship Management and commercial success for their nominated specific customers within the region of the defined territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization\'s products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors.
  • Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to address those opportunities, and co-ordinate the implementation of those strategies within the ARDx organization.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance of your territory against assigned budgets and take corrective actions as required to meet company goals.
  • Report regularly on the performance of your allocated customer accounts in the required format
  • Co-ordinate and communicate regularly with Marketing to ensure maximal service delivery to your customers
  • Comply with ARDx Corporate policies and procedures
  • Maintain routine contact with key account stakeholders as defined by decision making ability, value of business opportunity, key opinion leaders, relationship value
  • Co-ordinate any necessary training/support for your Customer Accounts
  • Professionally represent ARDx at local/regional sales and professional society meetings, congresses and trade shows
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Level of Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or 4-year post-high school diploma required
Qualification/Training:
  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience in public health policy and engagement with, but not restricted, to MOH, regulatory bodies, public health policy drivers
  • Experience in workplace segment

  • Functional knowledge of medical diagnostics
  • Demonstrated history of high-level sales performance
  • Travel as needed, about 60% of the time
Technical Skills Required:
  • High proficiency in Computer Skills and Microsoft Suite Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of medical/technical nature of the Company and products
